Funeral Services honoring Dick’s life will be held on Thursday, February 8, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at the Piasecki-Althaus Funeral Home, 3720 39th Ave., Kenosha, WI. Entombment with full military honors will follow in All Saints Mausoleum. |

Richard G. “Dick” Arnold, age 87 of Kenosha, passed away on Saturday, February 3, 2018, with his loving family at his side. Born on November 24, 1930, in Kenosha, he was the son of the late Gabriel and Jennie (Portle) Arnold. He attended local schools and was a graduate of Mary D. Bradford High School. He served in the U.S. Army Signal Corps during the Korean War. He was honorably discharge in November, 1953. On May 28, 1966, at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church, he married Felicia Aceto. Dick was employed at American Brass and later Arco Metals, for 36 years. He retired on December 1, 1985, as the General Supervisor of Drawn Copper West Department. Dick’s hobbies in early life included fishing trips to Ontario, Canada, and enjoying deer and small game hunting. He also participated in bowling leagues in Kenosha and going to National and State Tournaments. Dick was an avid Green Bay Packer and Chicago White Sox fan. After retirement, Dick enjoyed golfing and going to casinos. He adored the family dog, Gibson. Dick will always be remembered by his loving wife of 51 years, Felicia and his son, Michael R. Arnold. He is further survived by many nieces, nephews and friends. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Alice Casazza and Dorothy Arnoldini; and his brothers and sisters-in-law, Sam and Joan Aceto and Mike and Rosemary Stankey. |
