Autumn Rae Gittens fought to remain with her family for 6 days, but was called by God to receive her wings on Thursday, January 25, 2018 at Children’s’ Hospital of Wisconsin in Wauwatosa, WI. Born in Racine, on January 19, 2018, she was a daughter of Phillip Gittens and Kacy Mathis. Autumn will forever be in the hearts of her father, Phillip; her mother, Kacy; paternal grandparents, Ted and Kari Gittens, maternal grandparents, Robert Mathis and Tracy ( John) Szwajkowski; aunts, Kristina, Kayla, Randi Gittens and Heather Mathis and her cousins, Jaylie and Jeremiah Gittens. | |
