Marilyn J. Drigot, age 86, of Kenosha, died on Sunday, December 3, 2017 at Cedar Crest Nursing and Rehab Center in Janesville, WI. Born in Norway, MI on April 25, 1931, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Ina (Blomquist) Nydahl. At the age of 11, she moved with her family to Racine and was a graduate of Washington Park High School. On June 28, 1952 at First Methodist Church, Racine, she was united in marriage to Richard Drigot. After 57 years of marriage, Richard preceded her in death on March 1, 2010. For 25 years, Marilyn was an administrative assistant with Johnson Bank, retiring in 2004. She was a Sunday school teacher for 30 years at St. Paul Lutheran Church and First Presbyterian Church. Marilyn loved dancing with her husband, Richard, reading and spending time with family and friends. She is survived by her son, Dale (Julie) Drigot; her daughter, Pam (Stan) Pacheco; son-in-law, Jim Modrijan; granddaughters, Tara (Carlos), Nicole (Joseph), Andrea and Jessica; grandson, Shawn; four great-grandchildren, Sofia, Sevrin, Evie and Aubrey; along with many loving nieces, nephews, and friends. In addition to her parents and husband, Richard, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Janis Modrijan; a sister, Fern Johnson; a brother-in-law, Raymond Johnson; and her aunt and uncle, Margaret and Vic Blomquist. |
