Chuck attended Washington Park High School in Racine and earned a Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering at UW Madison and an Associate Degree at Gateway Technical College. On June 25, 1988, he was united in marriage to Claudia Mackay. He was employed for over 25 years with the City of Kenosha and with Six Flags Great America. Chuck was a member of the City of Kenosha Union and had been looking forward to retirement so he could fish more often. Chuck was an avid fisherman and Packer fan. He was his wife’s dedicated care taker and a grandpa who adored his grandchildren. A simple and easy going man; who gave his love freely is the best way to describe Chuck. He is survived by wife, Claudia; his father, Paul (Ann Marie Putman); his step children, Kevin Cappelen of Naples, FL and Kimberly Koprovic of Kenosha; his step grandchildren, Karson, Keegan, Kollin, Casey and Carter along with loving aunts, uncles, cousins and step nieces and nephews.
