Byron A. Linton, age 74, of Union Grove, passed away on Wednesday, January 25, 2017, at Oak Ridge Care Center in Union Grove. Born in Chicago on March 30, 1942, he was the son of the late Woodrow and Mildred (Bruno) Linton. He graduated from Mary D. Bradford High School. On January 11, 1963, he was united in marriage to Karen Fay Siebrands. Byron was employed with Tri-Clover, now Alfa Laval, Inc. for 30 years, retiring in 2000. He was a member of Westosha Lakes Church in Paddock Lake and of International Association of Machinists, Lodge #34. Byron enjoyed hunting, fishing, bowling and oil painting. Byron is survived by his wife, Karen; his children, Timothy (Sandy) Linton, Jeri (Barry) Walters, Dave (Julie) Linton and John Linton; his 6 grandchildren Marques Linton, Brandon Boman, Trent Linton, Jessica Boman, Fisher Linton and Brooklyn Linton and his 4 great grandchildren, Gage Linton, Macie Stine Boman, Elijah and Evalyn Demmitt. He is further survived by his brother, LeRoy (Janice) Linton; many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins. In addition to his parents and grandparents, he was preceded in death by several aunts, uncles and cousins. The family wishes to extend a heartfelt thank you to the Staff at Oak Ridge Care Center for the care and compassion shown to Byron. |
