Carol A. Biggs, age 73, of Kenosha, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, December 21, 2016 at Kenosha Estates, surrounded by her loving family. Born in Oshkosh on May 2, 1943, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Marie (Harper) Berkley. She attended schools in Oshkosh, moving to Kenosha in 1963 and attended River of Life Christian Church. On May 25, 1961 in Great Falls, Montana, she was united in marriage to Roy Biggs. He preceded her in death in 1972. Carol will be deeply missed by her six children, Robin (Rodney) Biggs, Randy (Laura) Biggs, Keith Biggs, Heidi (Henry) Garcia, Traci (Mark) Anderson and Paul (Tracy) Biggs; 17 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren and her dear friends, Lalla and Travis Halcomb. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a grandson, Ashton Woods. | |
