Stephen J. Miller, age 53, of Kenosha, passed away following a courageous battle with cancer on Friday, March 25, 2016, at Hospice Alliance House, surrounded by his loving family. Born on March 22, 1963, in Kenosha, he was the son of Albert and Mary Ann (Shable) Miller. A lifelong resident of Kenosha, he attended local schools. Stephen was employed with St. Catherine’s Hospital for over 30 years. In 1992, he received his Respiratory Care Practitioner certification and resigned for health reasons in 2013. He had a passion for music, had a vast collection of model VW Beetles and was a avid reader of both novels and various comics. Stephen was tech savvy and was knowledgeable of most electronics. His greatest joy was spending time with family, friends and his faithful canine companion, his Chiweenie, “Charlie”. He will be deeply missed by his two daughters, Teresa and Tricia Miller; his father, Albert (Barbara) Miller; his mother, Mary Ann (Allen) Sather; his former spouse and friend, Patricia Miller and his first grandson, Mason Joseph Freitag.
