John H. Forchette, Jr., age 60, of Kenosha passed away unexpectedly at his home on Thursday, November 13, 2014 as a result of sudden cardiac arrest.
He was born on March 2, 1954 in White Pine, MI, the son of the late John H. and Gloria (Bergland) Forchette Sr.
John was a 1972 graduate of St. Joseph High School and attended University of Wisconsin, Stevens Point.
He proudly served our country in the US Air Force.
John was very athletic and had a big build which made him a natural for playing football in high school and then in the semi-pro’s for the Delevan Red Devils and the Racine Raiders. John not only loved playing football, but was a huge fan of the Green Bay Packers. He also enjoyed fishing in the town of his birth on Lake Gogebic.
For many years, John was a plant manager for Advance Display Company in Chicago.
Those left to remember John are his three sons, John (Traci) Forchette III, Paul and Scott Forchette; his three sisters, Theresa (Don) Starkey, Robin (Bob) Casarsa, and Peggy (Jim) Camp; his granddaughter, Emily Forchette: his loving partner, Karen Forchette: his step son Peter Forchette, and many loving nieces and nephews.
