Mark R. Binninger, age 63, passed away unexpectedly at his residence on Wednesday, October 8, 2014.
Born on March 7, 1951, in Kenosha, he was the son of Robert and Margaret (Hines) Binninger. He attended local schools, was a graduate of Tremper High School and received his Associates Degree from Gateway Technical College.
On August 5, 1978, he was united in marriage to Marlene (Cerveny) Becker at Grace Lutheran Church.
Over the years, Mark was employed as a maintenance supervisor with several local companies. He also established his side business, MRB Construction.
He was an active and devoted member of Grace Lutheran Church; where he sang in the choir, served on the Building and Maintenance Committee and was active with the Luther’s Men club. Mark had a passion for cars and loved attending car shows, he also enjoyed fishing with the boys, putting together car and airplane models with his grandson, JuJu and wood working. While the kids were younger, he kept active as a chaperone on field trips and school functions. He was also a Weblo, Boy Scout leader and Cub Master at Harvey School. Mark enjoyed following his favorite sports teams, the Green Bay Packers and Milwaukee Brewers.
Mark will be deeply missed by his wife, Marlene; their four children, Rochelle (Tim) Cook, Doug Becker, Chad (Lynnette) Binninger and Tricia Binninger; his mother, Margaret Warner; a brother, Doug (Inge) Binninger; his sister, Sheryl Humble and eight grandchildren, Chelsea, A.J., Tyler, Jesse, Cody, Samantha, Carmelina and Junior.
He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Binninger; a son, Denny Becker; a brother, Robert and a sister, Dawn Binninger.
