Terry Robert Kolakowski, age 58, formerly of Kenosha, passed away on, July 7, 2015 in Los Angeles, CA. Born on June 2, 1957, he was the son of the late Leonard and Gloria (Schoenschek) Kolakowski. Terry attended local schools and graduated from St. Joseph High School in 1975. He was employed by the food service and catering industries in California. Terry was known for his unique humor, kindness and love of people. He had a passion for plants, cooking and entertaining. He will be deeply missed by his step mother, Grace; his cousins Jim and Dana Zaionic, Larry Zaionic and many friends in Kenosha and Los Angeles. | |
