It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Paul Vincent Sturycz, who departed this life on Sunday, December 1, 2024, in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin. Born on April 8, 1951, Paul was a lifelong resident of Kenosha and a cherished member of the community. Paul was a person of gentle spirit and a kind heart. His graduation from Mary D. Bradford on June 9, 1971 was an accomplishment that Paul was especially proud. He was known for his warmth and unique perspective on life, which left an indelible mark on those fortunate enough to know him. Paul loved to help others. He enjoyed helping his neighbor, the late John Russo, with projects around his property. Paul volunteered his time at Dave Stitch Auto Repair for many years. A familiar face at the Coffee Pot in Kenosha on Sixth Avenue, where he will be missed by many. Paul is survived by his siblings, Therese A. Constant, Joan M. Sturycz, Mary M. Giacomin, Thomas E. Sturycz, Joseph D. Sturycz, Alicia K. Simpson, Mark M. Sturycz, Barbara J. Janusiak, Helen E. Hendersen and Philip G. Sturycz. Paul was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Marie Sturycz; and his brother, Stephen A. Sturycz. In this time of reflection and remembrance, we encourage all who knew Paul to honor his memory by embracing compassion and kindness in their own lives, just as he did. Our hearts are with all those who mourn his passing. |
