Anna Aniela Przybyla, a cherished wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully on November 17, 2024, at Froedtert Hospital in Pleasant Prairie, surrounded by the love of her family. She was born on July 29, 1947, in Szebnie, Poland. After falling in love with her beauty and warm heart, Zdzislaw Przybyla asked her to be her bride and the two were married on September 29, 1973 in Szebnie, Poland. They recently celebrated 50 years of marriage with their loving family and friends. Anna was a parishioner of St. Elizabeth Catholic Church and worshiped faithfully with her family throughout her life. She dedicated her career as a chemist in the food laboratory of the Poland-based company, Sanepid, where she brought passion and expertise to her work. Anna will be remembered for her culinary skills, particularly her beloved Polish dishes like pierogis, kopytka, and golabki, which she delighted in sharing with her family. Her green thumb was evident in her meticulously cared-for backyard flower beds, where she found solace and beauty. Anna’s warm and affectionate nature endeared her to all who knew her, and she was known for her trademark hugs which could brighten anyone’s day. Her greatest joys in life came from nurturing, raising, and babysitting her grandchildren in their infant and toddler years. She felt great pride passing on her Polish heritage and traditions, as well as her strong Catholic beliefs, sharing prayers in her native language. Anna selflessly placed her family above all else, embodying a spirit of love and sacrifice. Her favorite color, purple, truly reflected her gentle and nurturing demeanor. Anna is survived by her devoted husband, Zdzislaw Przybyla; loving children, David (Sarah Sturino) Przybyla and Maria (Krzysztof) Karaban; cherished grandchildren, Adam, Gabrysia, and Maksymilian Karaban, and Vincent, Dominic, and Francesca Przybyla; and beloved siblings, Adam Rozmus, Maria Gulewicz, and Teresa Wiewiorska. Anna was preceded in death by her parents, Gustaw Rozmus, Stanislawa Rozmus; and her brother, Stanislaw Rozmus. |
