Eva L. Stangas

Eva Lee Stangas, age 77, of Sturtevant, WI, passed away on Saturday, July 6, 2024, due to natural causes. She was born on April 11, 1947, in Indiana.

She graduated from Salem Central High School in 1964.  Her sense of humor was one of her most loving attributes for which she will be fondly remembered.  Eva had passions beyond her family.  She loved to crochet, sew and bake.  She was especially fond of dogs and cats.

Eva is survived by her beloved sisters, Brenda Stangas Moe and Barbara Stangas Langnes, and her brother, David (Annie) Stangas.  She is further survived by her nieces, Laurie Moe, Kristie Moe and Heidi Stangas; her nephews, Eric (Melissa) Langnes, Ryan Langnes, Emery Stangas and Jeremy Stangas; her great-nephews, Chase Stangas, Jacob Plewa, Evan Langnes, Sean Langnes and Dane Langnes; and her great-nieces, Violet Stangas and Hayley Plewa.

Eva was preceded in death by her parents George & Beatrice (Bourdon) Stangas, brother, Nicholas Stangas and sister-in-law, Carol Stangas.

She will be remembered for her kindness, hard work, and dedication to her family. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her. May she rest in peace.
