Bradley S. Cope, age 34, of Kenosha, passed away peacefully at his home on Friday, April 3, 2015 following complications of diabetes. Waiting for him with open arms was his beloved grammy, nana and his faithful dog, Hannah. Born on December 21, 1980 in Kenosha, he was the son of Christopher and Bernadette (Perri) Cope. He attended Jane Vernon Elementary School, McKinley Jr. High and was a graduate from Reuther High School. He was employed with Roundy’s until his retirement due to poor health. Brad’s life was fulfilled when he met Dawn Anderson and her three beautiful children, Kerri, Andrew and Brandon. He proudly embraced the opportunity of being a father figure to them. He enjoyed watching wrestling, spending time with his good friends, rooting for the Packers and the Cubs and taking care of his special children. Brad will always be remembered for his very kind heart and great sense of humor. He is survived by his parents, Chris and Berni Cope; his brother, Barry (Amanda) Cope; his nephew and loving godson, Parker Cope; his grandparents, Ed and Carol Cope, Frank Perri and Sandy Furo; his godparents, Amber (Izzy) Rivera and James (D.J.) Cope; his aunts and uncles, Annette Richter, Laura (Michael) Schulte, Amy (Bill) Peter, and Gregg (Annette) Perri; his special great aunt, Pat MacNamara; and his very special great uncle, Mark Bleichwehl. Brad will be deeply missed by his cousin and dear friend, Ryan (Amber) Mucklin. He is further survived by his goddaughter and cousin, Sofie Mucklin and cousins, Mellaney, and Zoey Mucklin, Jewel (Brady) and Bay Saunders, Vanessa (Josh) Schenk, James (Becky) Cope II, and Ryan, Alex, McKenzie and Nadia Cope, Ashley and Jake Schulte, Christian and Olivia Peter, and Victoria and Brittany Perri; and his best friends, Dan Fraid and Matt Kenny. Brad was preceded in death by his grandmother “grammy”, Colleen Perri; his nana, Virginia Perri; his great grandmother, Helen Bleichwehl; his great grandmother and grandfather, Grover and Edna Farrell; and his uncle, Gerald Mucklin. |
