A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:30 a.m. at St. Therese of Lisieux Catholic Church, 2020 91st St, Kenosha, WI. Entombment will follow in All Saints Mausoleum. A visitation for Bart will be held on Saturday, March 9, 2024 from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the Mass at the church. Bartley C. Hafferkamp Jr., age 83, passed away on Monday, March 4, 2024, with his loving family by his side. Born in Indianapolis, IN on August 5, 1940, to the late Bartley and Rose (Kulig) Hafferkamp. He attended local schools and graduated from Salem Central High School. Bart was employed as an Operating Engineer with Precision Erecting. He also worked for Burris Equipment as an Equipment Sales Representative. On November 28, 1959, in Brighton, WI, Bart married the love of his life, Aileen Terry. He was a member of St. Therese of Lisieux Catholic Church. Bart belonged to the Operating Engineers, Kenosha Sportfishing Club and the A.M.A (American Motors Association). He enjoyed salmon fishing on his boat and motorcycle trips on his Kawasaki with his wife Aileen. He also enjoyed hunting and visiting his grandchildren. Bart is survived by his wife, Aileen; his children, Jeffery (Pat) Hafferkamp, Debra (James) Grom, Dorothy (Michael) Riley, Donna (Richard) Fredericksen and Diane (Michael) Gyurina; his nine grandchildren, Ann Wilson, Jeffery Hafferkamp, Steve Grom, Sean Riley, Ryan Riley, Mitchell Davis, Sarah Nielsen, Jennifer Anderson and Kevin Gyurina; his 12 great grandchildren and brothers-in-law, Robert White and Robert (Joanne) Terry. Along with his parents, Bart was preceded in death by his brothers, Jim Hafferkamp and Richard Hafferkamp and his sister, Suzanne White.
