Timothy M. “Sparky” Sparks, age 76, passed away on Monday, October 30, 2023. Born on August 28, 1947 in Des Moines, IA to the late Donald and B. Joan (Krick) Sparks. He attended local schools in Kenosha. He enjoyed fishing, watching TV, John Wayne movies and was a big sports fan. Timothy will be dearly missed by his sister Bonnie (Lon) Knoedler.
