Service Date: May 13, 2023 SERVICE LOCATION Four Corners Assembly of God Memorial services honoring Duane’s life will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, May 13, 2023 at Four Corners Assembly of God, N3891 County Hwy P, White Lake, WI. Inurnment will be held in Elton Cemetery, Elton WI. A gathering of relatives and friends will be held on Saturday, May 13, 2023 from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the service at the church. |

Duane Michael Wallace, age 75, passed away on Monday, April 24, 2023 at Aurora Medical Center Kenosha. Born in Milo, IA on June 20, 1947, he was the son of the late Russell and Inez (Wahe) Wallace. Duane proudly served his country in the United States Army, serving in the Vietnam War. He was employed as an assembler with Chrysler Motors, retiring in 2002. On May 12, 1972, Duane was united in marriage to Suzanne Wickersheim. Their union was blessed with 51 years of marriage and two children. Duane attended Journey Church with his wife Suzanne and was a lifelong member of the VFW, Post 1865. He loved to spend hours in the garage tinkering on lawnmowers amongst other items he could get his hands on and going to Menards. Duane was passionate about organizing and labeling everything. He was an avid hunter but, most of all, he was a devoted family man who was delighted in being their chauffer for family trips to Disney, Seattle, and Pennsylvania. Duane and Suzanne also traveled to London and Paris. He was an inspiration to his family and friends and his grandchildren were his world. He will be dearly missed by his loving wife, Suzanne; his children Jodi (Daniel) Thompson and Brandon (Lisa) Wallace; his grandchildren, Chad Thompson, Brett Thompson, his “Sunshine” Britney (Kennedy) Thompson and his “Angel” Faith Wallace; his great grandchildren, Myracle, Giovanni and Josiah Thompson and his siblings, Meredith Wallace, Marlene Tancrede and David (Carol) Wallace, and many many family members. In addition to his parents, Duane was preceded in death by his brother, Ronald Wallace.
