Pamela Slupik, age 54, passed away on Monday, December 6, 2021 at Froedtert South-Pleasant Prairie. Born in Kenosha, Wisconsin on January 28th, 1967, she was the daughter of late Henry and Mary Sue (Wiley) Woods. She was a graduate of Zion-Benton High School in Illinois. On October 14th, 2017, Pamela was united in marriage to Raymond Slupik. They resided together in Salem, Wisconsin. She was employed as a Filler Operator for Ocean Spray for 14 years. Pamela lived life to the fullest and found joy in many ways. She loved being on the lake with her husband on their pontoon boat which they named “Making Memories”, with her children and grandchildren too. She enjoyed fishing, camping, going for walks with her dogs, and spending time around a fire outside. She always took photos to remember the moments she had with others, and she enjoyed making scrapbooks and displaying photos around her house. Pamela loved trying new things and was always up for a new adventure. Pamela went skydiving with her daughters Amber and Ashley, she went on a hot air balloon ride with her husband Raymond, and she often was finding new painting classes to take or new crafts to make. She enjoyed going to thrift/antique stores and enjoyed giving old items new life. In her family, Pamela was known to always decorate her house for each season, and all knew when the seasons or holidays changed so would her and Raymond’s home. Pamela enjoyed baking and cooking for others, and many of her recipes became staples of family get-togethers. Since her grandkids were able to walk, she loved baking fun recipes with them, and she always made sure they had something sweet before going home. Pamela enjoyed taking her grandchildren to pumpkin farms, corn mazes, Six Flags, attending their activities, local festivals, fireworks, and much more. Pamela loved to travel, and always loved to find unique places to visit. Spending time and making memories with her loved ones is what she cherished most, and she always put others before herself. Pamela is survived by her husband, Raymond Slupik; her children, Amber (Steve) Carlstrand of Union Grove, Ashley (Bryan) Burns of Milwaukee; her stepchildren, Jonathan Slupik, Mary (Garrett Hampell) Slupik, Laurel (Jay) Sturycz, all of Kenosha and Adam (Monida) Slupik of California; her siblings, Ricky (Jane) Woods of Waukegan and Sandra “Sandy” Edwards of Missouri; her sister-in-law Donna Slupik of Illinois; her grandchildren, Gianna Morales, Madelyn Carlstrand, Lexa Carlstrand, Zakariah Sturycz, Noah Sturycz, Ezra Slupik, and Brady Slupik; her nieces, Amanda Lynn Rodriguez of Milwaukee and Amanda (Mike) Lemm of Illinois, and her nephew, Daniel (Jessica) Woods of Ilinois. In addition to her parents, Pamela was preceded in death by her brother, Edward Woods and her sister Patricia “Patty” Woods.
