Bradley Robert Dishno, age 73, passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 14, 2021 at his residence surrounded by his loving family. Born in Milwaukee, WI on July 23, 1948, he was the son of the late Rollo and Inez (Anderson) Dishno. He grew up in Waupaca, WI and eventually settled in Kenosha in 1991. Brad was a graduate of Waupaca High School. He earned his Master’s Degree in Safety and Loss Control as well as his Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering from U.W. Stout. Brad served his country in the U.S. Army from 1967 through 1970 during the Korean and Vietnam conflicts. He also served as an Army reserve recruiter from 1976 through 1980. On November 10, 1973 at St. John’s Lutheran Church, he was united in marriage to Suzanne Anderson. Their union was blessed with 48 years of marriage and three beautiful children. Brad enjoyed reading, snowmobiling, and was a huge Green Bay Packer and Wisconsin Badger fan. He loved to work on cars in the garage and attended car shows and races at Road America. He loved to go on cruises and was so thrilled that the whole family was able to take one together in 2018. But most of all, he loved being a grandpa who enjoyed spending time with his family and his dogs. He was employed as a Senior Ergonomic Specialist at Abbott Laboratories until his retirement in 2010. Brad is survived by his wife, Suzanne; his children, Nikki (Jason) Haroian, Stephanie Dishno and Jeffrey (Alyssa) Dishno; his grandchildren, Myra, Fiona, Naomi, Elliot, and baby girl Dishno on the way; his siblings, Judy (Jon) Jensen, Tom (Tracey) Dishno, Cheryl Luellen, Dave (Therese) Dishno and Dale (Barb) Dishno who was not just a brother, but his best friend. In addition to his parents, Bradley was preceded in death by his siblings, Renee Dishno and Russell Dishno and his beloved chocolate lab, Orson in 2018. The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff at Moments Hospice for their amazing care they provided Bradley. |
