Dale Moss is a valued member of the First Call Team at Piasecki Funeral Home, bringing an extensive background in emergency response, education, and community service. He served as a Captain and Paramedic with the Kenosha Fire Department for 26 years, where he demonstrated unwavering commitment to public safety. Dale has also dedicated 24 years to teaching Firefighter 1 and Paramedic courses at Gateway Technical College, helping to prepare future first responders with the skills and knowledge necessary for success. In addition to his work in fire service education, Dale teaches Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and CPR at Froedtert Hospital in Pleasant Prairie, where he has been an instructor for over two decades. His extensive experience in life-saving techniques and training makes him an invaluable asset to the Piasecki Funeral Home team.
Dale holds an Associate Degree in Fire Science from Gateway Technical College and maintains his State of Wisconsin Paramedic licensure. He is certified in ACLS, PALS, and CPR, and has additional certifications in Firefighter 1 and 2, Fire Safety Officer, and Drone Pilot operations. A proud graduate of Burlington High School, Dale has continued to build on his education and skills throughout his career, ensuring that he stays at the forefront of emergency response training.
In addition to his professional work, Dale has been actively involved in the community as a Scoutmaster for his son’s Scout Troop during his younger years. Dale and his wife, Nicole, have been married for 26 years and have two wonderful children, Jacob and Caitlyn. He enjoys spending quality time with his family, engaging in a variety of activities such as motorcycle trips across the country, downhill skiing, and deer hunting. Dale is also an avid Green Bay Packers fan and enjoys cheering on his favorite team during football season.
