Austin Golliher is a Wisconsin Licensed Funeral Director Apprentice dedicated to providing compassionate and professional care to families during difficult times. While attending Worsham College of Mortuary Science, Austin worked at Russo’s Hillside Chapels, where he gained invaluable hands-on experience in the funeral service profession. This opportunity allowed him to learn directly from seasoned professionals and understand the day-to-day responsibilities of supporting families with empathy and respect. The practical exposure he received at Russo’s extended far beyond the classroom, reinforcing his dedication to serving others and shaping his future as a funeral service professional.
Originally from Schaumburg, Illinois, Austin discovered his passion for science and service early on. He earned his first Associate of Science degree from Harper College, establishing a strong academic foundation before pursuing specialized studies. His drive and commitment led him to Worsham College of Mortuary Science, where he earned an Associate of Applied Science in Mortuary Science, equipping him with the knowledge and skills essential for a career in funeral services.
In his free time, Austin enjoys sketching, a creative outlet that allows him to relax and express his thoughts through art. Family is central to his life, and he treasures the moments spent with loved ones, whether enjoying shared meals, outings, or quiet evenings together.
