Show Obituaries Show Guestbook Show Photos QR Code PrintWilliam L. Jensen, Jr., age 97 of Kenosha, passed away peacefully with his family at his side on Thursday, May 25, 2017, at Aurora Medical Center.
Born in Racine on February 15, 1920, he was the son of the late William and Marion (Silver) Jensen.
During World War II, he honorably served in the United States 8th Air Force. He was stationed in Africa and after four years of service, he was honorably discharged on October 28, 1945.
On August 22, 1964, he was united in marriage to Rae Wesner. Their union was blessed with two sons, James and Robert, whom he was very proud of.
He was employed as a quality control engineer with Chrysler Corporation, retiring in 1985.
Bill is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Rae Jensen; and his son, James Jensen.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Robert Jensen; and his brother, Howard Jensen.
In accordance with Bill’s wishes, private funeral services will be held.
