I absolutely adored Bill. He was such a fun and kind man that always had a smile on his face and always put a smile on mine when I saw him. Such a wonderful person. Sending our love to Patti, Jenni & Family.

Dear Patty, Jenni, Storm and Nick. Boy I'm really going to miss his witty sense of humer and all the good times we had. God needed him to run the Transportation Dept up there. I have know Bill since grade school and always enjoyed his company at work and play. All we can do now is remember the good times because there were no bad times. I will miss my Good Friend with Deepest sympathy. and Pat will miss the kisses he always gave her.

Our sincerest condolences to family and friends! I enjoyed the pleasure of working with Bill and tearing up the links in golf league! Bill was a true competitor both on and off the course! RIP my friend! I'm sure you're already on the links with Payne!
