Show Obituaries Show Guestbook Show Photos QR Code PrintWilliam F. Rafeldt, Jr., formerly of Kenosha, currently of Naples, FL, died on Tuesday, September 16, 2014, at Avow Hospice in Naples, FL.
He was born January 28, 1941, in Bellaire, Ohio, the son of the late William and Dorothy Rafeldt. He was a 1958 graduate of Bellaire High School and attended Ohio University in Athens, OH.
During his career, he was employed by Nunn-Bush Shoe Company in Milwaukee, Prudential Insurance Company in Lancaster, OH and Johns Manville Corp. in Waukegan. He retired after 28 years of service from Snap-On Tools.
Bill married Judith Swan, the daughter of Bill and Dorothy Swan in 1962 in Kenosha. Judith preceded him in death in 2011 in Naples. Bill later married Shirley Zeamer in 2013 and she survives him.
Bill served as congregational President at St. Luke’s Evangelical Lutheran Church while living in Kenosha and Congregational President at Our Savior Lutheran Church of Naples.
He is further survived by his two sons, William (Karen) of Kenosha, and Richard (Sandra) of Wadsworth, IL; his grandsons, Billy (Jamie), Ryan (Malory) and Andrew Rafeldt; his great grandchildren, Olivia, Liam and Greyson, all of Kenosha; and two sisters, Gloria Duffey of Bellaire, OH and Bonnie Morris of Glouster, OH.

Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, September 25, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Luke’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, 6700 30th Avenue. Interment will follow in Green Ridge Cemetery.
