This is the photo I got last year at Ren Faire 2022 with Will. He was an amazing best friend and will truly be missed. I enjoyed being in the same classes at Gateway and was always happy to talk with him on Facebook even after I graduated.

I met Will last year at the Renaissance Faire and we immediately clicked. He was such a warm, kind, giving soul and we spent the day running around and hanging out at the Faire. We stayed in contact via Facebook and had plans to meet up again at Bristol this year. I am devastated that I won't be able to see his smile. He will be terribly missed.

I met William at Parkside during a studio art class. I was super shy at the time and I really appreciate how he always made an effort to talk to me. It was always a treat seeing him around campus.

I met Ser Billy Bob at ren faire last year. He literally was so kind to everyone and I’ll miss his smile. He had a genuine heart and made everyone feel welcome!

Happy Birthday Will. You made high school bearable, I’ll never forget the blast of a 17th birthday I had, you being one of the main reasons I had such a great time. You took good care of me and even 11 years later that never changed. The friendship where we could just pick up where we left off no matter the distance or time. I love you Will, thank you for one of the best friendships I’ve ever had.

I had many studio classes with William at Parkside. I never really talked to many students in my classes, but William would always pop by to see my work and to say hi. He was a great artist and I always enjoyed seeing his work.

Stronghold 2022 The best thing about this picture is William photobombing the background. He was great at that. <3

Today is your birthday and I can’t believe you don’t get to celebrate with all the people who love you so much. You were and always will be one of my best friends. You always managed to make me feel better when I felt so dark and hopeless. You were such a great person and friend I don’t remember anyone ever saying anything bad about you because you were just that great. I don’t know how I’m going to handle life without my bestfriend. We had so many plans that I just don’t know what to do with myself. Ren will never be the same without you. Never be able to walk around in the mud and rain all day. I see so many things that remind me of you and it hurts so much. Just know I’ll make sure you’re never forgotten and I’ll make sure to pass out stickers at ren faire in your honor. I love you William

So grateful to have been in art classes with William. We may not have always seen eye to eye on everything, but it instilled a friendly rivalry let led to a friendship over shared interests. You will be missed.

I met Will at the Bristol Renaissance Faire during the 2022 season while working at the ocarina shop. He stopped by everyday to chat and make requests for his favorite songs from the Legend of Zelda games for me to play on the ocarina. Every time I would see him he'd stop give me a hug and chat. He was such an awesome guy, kind, friendly and encouraging to everyone. It's heartbreaking to have lost such a wonderful person so soon. I am going to miss him a lot this coming season.

William was building Legos and making art before he could walk. His love of anime and manga was no surprise. He drew me a Father’s Day image once that combined elements of manga and a quilted goat with images that represent me. I still have that drawing and will always treasure it. I loved taking him and his brother to work with me. We went on many adventures. I cannot believe that this shining star was taken so soon

It was always a pleasure to see William at the Ren Faire. I only got to know him this past year, but it felt like he was always there. He loved the Legend of Zelda more than anyone I’ve ever met, and he wore his heart on his sleeve. The Faire and the world will be a little darker without him. Rest well, adventurer.
