It is with a heavy heart that we announce the unexpected passing of Vicki Ann Bruneau (nee: Campagna) on Friday, January 8, 2021 from a tragic accident at the age of 60.

She was born on August 16, 1960, to the late Peter and Virginia Campagna of Kenosha. Vicki was a 1978 graduate of Mary D. Bradford High School.

On July 30, 1983, she married the love of her life David Joseph Bruneau at Messiah Lutheran Church where she was a member. Together they shared 37 years of great times together and raised their only daughter Krista Marie Bruneau.

Vicki and Dave had two places they called home. In Somers, WI. Vicki loved cooking, taking care of her garden, and could be found swimming in her pool on a hot summer’s day followed by a cookout and a campfire. At their second home in Hurley, WI you could find Vicki and Dave exploring the north woods trails on their ATV’s making many new friends along the way. Vicki was a huge Green Bay Packer fan.

Over the years, Vicki was a teller at various banks around Kenosha connecting with many customers who loved her fun personality. She eventually retired from Chase Bank on Washington Road.

She will be deeply missed by her loving husband, David; her daughter, Krista; two sisters, Sandra (Michael) Dodge and Joann (Thomas) Reisch of Kenosha; three nieces, Deanna, Kayla and Haley; her nephew, Timothy, many friends in Hurley and Somers, WI. and her adored cat, Sheba.

In addition to her parents, Vicki was preceded in death by her in-laws, William and Joyce Bruneau.
