Born in Waukegan, IL on November 11, 1957 he is the son of Donald Leslie and Lucille Ellen (Dill) Tallman. He attended local schools, graduated from high school and continued his education to become a chef.
He proudly served our country in the US Navy and was a member of the Navy Club.
On August 4th, 2001 in Antioch, IL, he married Michele Day.
Thomas was a Boy Scout of America Leader and was proud to have played Santa Claus for 14 years.
He is survived by his wife, Michele; his mother, Lucille Tallman; his children, Janie (Cesar Naranjo) Tallman, Anthony (Julie Vrba) Balles, Krista Balles and Sean Balles, two grandchildren, Heaven and Giovanni and eight siblings.
He was preceded in death by his father, Donald.
Service Date November 16, 2016
Funeral Services honoring Thomas’s life will be held on Wednesday, November 16, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at Piasecki-Althaus Funeral Home, 3720-39th Ave., Kenosha, WI. Interment will be held on Thursday, November 17th at 9:00 a.m. in Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
