I worked for Mr O'Neill at Washington Manor for a short time; he was one of the best! My condolences too is entire family. May he rest in peace.

I worked for Tom as a nurse for over twenty plus years. He was one of the most caring, loving man, not only to all the residents in his care but also his staff. He would help out any way he could. You will always have a special place in my heart, RIP Tom ??

"Tom O" was my treasured Rotary friend. We could not have been more different people, yet we cared very much for each other. Tom was a gentleman and a true Rotarian in every sense of the word. Eternal rest grant unto him, Oh Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon him. May his soul and all the souls of the faithful departed through the mercy of God rest in Peace.

I never met Mr. O'Neal personally I only knew him through my mother, Anna. She worked for him for many years while he was the administrator at Washington Manor. The day after she retired she had her first stroke. Several years later she needed to be admitted to a nursing home. I called Mr. O'Neal and without hesitation he told me there was certainly room for Anna. He would never know how much I appreciated his caring and kindness. God bless and RIP Mr. O'Neal.
