Born in Racine, WI on November 2, 1956, she was the daughter of Angelo and Patricia (Pellerin) DiCello. Raised and educated in Kenosha, she attended local schools and was a graduate of Mary D. Bradford High School.
On December 18, 1976, in Kenosha, Sue was united in marriage to Michael T. Hammond at Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Catholic Church. Their union was blessed with two sons before they divorced.
Sue was employed with 1st Bank Southeast, LaMacchia Travel Agency, Regal Limousine, and retired from Bradley Motors/Luxury Limousine.
She loved to cook, enjoyed all things arts and crafts, including sewing and had a vast collection of wall pockets and elephant figurines.
Sue will be deeply missed by her father, Angelo DiCello; her two sons, Stephen M. Hammond and Ian C (Fiancee, Sara R. Schroeder) Hammond; a sister, Anna (Gordon, Sr.) Hudson; a brother, William DiCello and a granddaughter, Ivy R. Hammond.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Patricia and a brother, Nick DiCello.

A memorial service celebrating the life of Sue will be held on Sunday, September 20, 2015 at 3:00 p.m. at the Piasecki-Althaus Funeral Home, 3720 39th Ave., Kenosha, WI.
