Slagoski, who left this world on Thursday, March 27, 2025, at the age of 84. Born on August 25, 1940, to Anthony and Rose (DiCello) Ruffalo, Rosemary lived a life filled with love, warmth, and kindness, leaving a lasting impact on everyone fortunate enough to know her.
She graduated from Bradford High School in 1958 and later married Gerald R. Slagoski, Sr. on July 25, 1959, enjoying nearly 66 years of marriage.
Rosemary was known for her infectious laughter and her ability to brighten any room she entered. She had a unique gift for making those around her feel special and loved, whether through her thoughtful gestures or her genuine listening ear. Her spirit will continue to inspire her family and friends, reminding us all to embrace life fully and openly.
Rosemary is survived by her loving husband, Gerald; devoted sons, Gerald Slagoski, Jr. and James (Michelle) Slagoski; grandchildren, JT Vasquez, Jordan and Nikkolas Slagoski; and her brother, Anthony (Barb Karabetsos) Ruffalo and many nieces and nephews. Together they will carry her memory in their hearts and honor her legacy of compassion and strength.
She is preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Kathleen Elizabeth Slagoski and siblings, Carol (Terry) Davis, Sr. and Donna (Umile) Covelli.
Private services will be held at a later date.
