Rose Gilewski, age 90, of Kenosha passed away on Friday, July 6, 2018 at the Hospice Alliance Hospice House.
Rose was born on May 21, 1928 in Stevens Point, WI; a daughter of the late Stephen and Anna (Demonowski) Baker. She received her education in Stevens Point.
She was united in marriage to Sigmund Gilewski, Jr. on May 11, 1957 in Waukegan IL. She and her husband moved from Waukegan to Kenosha in 1958 to make their home.
She was an employee of Abbott Labs in North Chicago, IL for over 35 years; retiring in 1989.
Survivors include her two sons, David (Beverly) Gilewski, and Jerry (Bryce) Goddard; four grandchildren; nine great grandchildren and one great- great grandson.
Along with her parents, Rose was preceded in death by her husband; a daughter Peggy Kogel; three sisters and six brothers.
Funeral services honoring the life of Rose were held privately.
