To Bob's Family: On behalf of the Kenosha Fire Department FAMILY, both ACTIVE and RETIRED members, our sincere sympathy to all of you on the loss of your beloved Robert. We wish you many fond memories of him, and the good times that you shared together as a family. Captain Leipzig was a Brother firefighter to us, we loved him as such, and he gave it right back! Guys like Bob helped establish the traditions of PRIDE, DEDICATION, and COURAGE that are the cornerstone of the KFD . And he "passed it on down" to his troops. Those virtues are carried on by today's members of the KFD every time they roll out the door on a call. Proud to call Captain Robert Leipzig "BROTHER". Fondly remembered, sadly missed. God Bless Our Fallen Brother. Rich "Bo" Bosanko Battalion Chief-Retired Kenosha Fire Dept.

My favorite Uncle, my Mom's baby brother, my hero as a child. Uncle Bobby you will be missed fiercely. I can still hear your voice. Enjoyed every moment with this guy growing up and enjoyed the phone calls in the last few years. The handsome Leipzig brother with incredible voice, personality and talent. I know Jackie is happy to be holding you closely right now. Thank you for being so awesome. My memories will stay in my heart. My love goes out to family.
