He was born in Elk Grove Village, IL on April 8, 1982, to his parents, Jennifer Tobey and Robert Dahlem. He was a roofing contractor most of his career and loved that the work brought him outdoors.
Bobby was a devoted father and family man known for his brave and bold personality. He loved spending time with his family, friends and most importantly, his daughter, Skyler. He was a movie and video game enthusiast, a passion he shared with all his loved ones. He was also a thrill-seeker and enjoyed the outdoors, regularly kayaking, bike riding, and lake fishing. Skyler’s favorite memories with her dad are listening to him tell stories on their nature walks around the Minocqua cabin, playing arcade games at Alexander’s Pizza, going on bike rides together and playing Pokémon Go.
A special thank you to Dr. Michael Mullane and the entire staff at Aurora Cancer Center Racine, WI who over saw his care for the last two years. And thank you to all the doctors, nurses and staff that took care of him at St. Lukes Medical Center, Milwaukee, WI and Aurora Medical Center Kenosha, WI.
