Born in Milwaukee, WI on April 28, 1937, he was the son of the late Ralph and Joan (Janecek) Kingsley.
He was a graduate of Mary D. Bradford High School and attended Marquette University.
For many years Owen was employed as a realtor with Coldwell Banker.
As a young man, Owen was a State Champion Wrestler. He proudly was inducted into the Wisconsin Wrestling Hall of Fame. Owen enjoyed golfing, fishing and was an avid Badger and Packer fan.
He is survived by his significant other, Dolores A. Kingsley; his children, Michael (Paula) Kingsley, Brenda (Jim) Lois, Daniel (Jennifer) Kingsley, Krissy (Lex) Molinaro, Matthew (Debbie) Kingsley and Megan (Chris) Kaeppeler; his grandchildren, Taylor and Lyndsey Kingsley, Alex (Alyssa) Lois, Brandon Kingsley, Braxton and Dexter Molinaro, Alex and Andrew Kingsley, and Maddie and Quinn Kaeppeler; his brother, Mark (Erin) Kingsley; and his longtime friend, Maryann Coates-Zeyen.
