Nicole Taylor Gonzalez, age 23, of Kenosha passed away on Saturday, June 11, 2016 surrounded by her loving family.
Born on February 20, 1993 in Chicago, IL, she was the daughter of George and Irma Nydia (Rivera) Gonzalez. Diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy and Rett Syndrome, she learned how to be a fighter from an early age. She had a contagious laugh and a smile that could light up the room.
Nicole attended local schools and was a graduate of Mary D. Bradford High School.
She will be deeply missed by her parents, George and Irma Gonzalez; her twin brother, Brian Matthew Gonzalez; her maternal grandfather, Vincente Ramon Rivera, maternal grandmother, Juanita Espinosa; four aunts, Nereida (Jose) Gonzalez, Gladys (Edwin) Rodriguez, Ivette (Freddy) Rodriguez and Elsie (Freddy) Rodriguez; two uncles, Raymond Rivera and Damien (Kim) Lugo and several loving cousins.
Nicole was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Teotisto Gonzalez and Adraina Gonzalez.
Service Date June 18, 2016
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, June 18, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. at the Piasecki-Althaus Funeral Home, 3720 39th Avenue. Private inurnment will be held.
