Born in Oconto, WI on October 25, 1942, she was the daughter of the late Earl and Ethel (Kassubbe) Rasmussen. She was a 1961 graduate of Oconto High School.
On May 11, 1963, she was united in marriage to James Earley. He preceded her in death on April 25, 1993.
Nancy was a data entry clerk with Vista International until her retirement. She previously was employed as a computer operator with J.I. Case Company.
She was a former member of St. Mary’s Lutheran Church. Nancy’s generosity and big heart were an inspiration to all. She was a supporter of our Veterans and Nature Conservancy. She loved wolves, her pets, feeding birds, bowling, sewing, knitting and crocheting. Nancy and her husband, Jim, had endless gardening abilities. They owned and operated Springbrook Road Greenhouse. She was an avid Green Bay Packer fan. Nancy enjoyed meeting her friends and having coffee and spending time with her family.
She is survived by children, Allen Earley, Laurie (Roger) Ralph and Pamela (Jimmy) Rogers; her two brothers, Karl (Lynn) and Wayne (Sandy) Rasmussen and Carol (John) Witkopf; seven grandchildren and one great grandchild.
In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by a son, Duane.
Service Date March 16, 2018
Funeral Services honoring Nancy’s life will be held at the Piasecki-Althaus Funeral Home, 3720 39th Avenue, Kenosha, WI, on Thursday, March15, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. Private inurnment will take place in Green Ridge Cemetery.
