My heart goes out to the family, I'm sorry for your loss. I knew Misha since grade school through his sister Toot's. I have many fond memories of him kidding around, talking, telling stories, and joking when we were kids and young adults. As we grew older - the less our paths would cross. But when they did he always had a big smile on his face, he would give me a hug, and talk and laugh like no time has passed at all. He had such a sincere caring nature about him; he would make you feel relaxed and appreciated whenever you were around him. He will be missed by all who knew him. I am so glad he had Megan and Ruby to fulfill his life. I pray he is with the Lord, still smiling, telling stories and laughing.

I was very surprised yet felt many regrets when I had heard my friend Misa had passed away. Misa and I met up at a young early teenager time in life. I believe we were just starting Washington Jr. High School after the Summer fun was over. Yeah, and Misa ( which by the way is the correct spelling of his name) and I spent many years thru Jr. High, and Mary D. Bradford High School with Misa as. Friend and enjoyed the times his parents let us build a nice type of club house in a shed that his father had in back of their house. Many fun days , afternoons, and when we hit it a bit to much, we had plenty of room for 3 - 4 guys just crash there. Later on he took over this tavern with apartment above and that’s when things really got wild- 17-18, and the drinking age was 18 then so enough said there. - A year or two later we parted ways, But I did enjoy so many years of fun , concerts, picknicks, swimming, bike races, and many evenings that I know wherever Misa is he is laughing and remembering our times together- God Bless you Misa , And Volksy right kind. Those words I know we will both remember. “Peace, Love, and Tranquillity “

My condolences to the entire family and his friends for the loss of a one of a kind Man.Misha and I meet when I was 18. He and I lived together with my daughter Michelle. He took care of us and loved her as his own. His laughter and love for life gave me many memories . We drove to Florida and camped for weeks our tent got raided by raccoons. We laughed so hard they made a hole in the tent and pulled the bag of wonder bread through it. We feed pelicans from our tent on the ocean( Bonita Beach). We collected shells and I display them every summer since.Oh the memories I have ?He loved people and life. I am truly blessed that we remained friends over the years. Always checking on each other. As he would always say to me. If the river was whiskey and I was a diving duck I would swim to the bottom and never come up. The stories he told could make anyone smile. And that laugh was so contagious. See you when I see you Mish ?

I am very sorry to hear of Misha's passing. I knew him years ago: he was always kind and funny. In fact, he lived in our neighborhood for a while and was friends with my brother Steve. May he rest in peace.
