Show Obituaries Show Guestbook Show Photos QR Code PrintMillard M. Salerno, age 71 of Kenosha, passed away peacefully, on Tuesday, August 11, 2015 at Hospice House, Pleasant Prairie and went home to be with the Lord.
Born in Kenosha on October 20, 1943, he was the son of the late Michael N. and Maudie M. (Mercer) Salerno.
A lifelong resident of Kenosha, Millard attended local schools.
He was employed with American Motors and Kenosha Unified Schools for 30 years until his retirement.
His interests included new cars, travel and his little dog, Toby. He was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church and a former member of the Elks Club in Waukegan.
Millard will be missed very much by his sister Betty Salerno and his brother, Michael Joe Salerno, both of Kenosha.
A special thank you to United Hospital System-Kenosha Campus, Dr. Friedl and especially everyone at Hospice Alliance, Inc., for all the wonderful care they gave Millard.
Service Date August 18, 2015
Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, August 18, 2015 at 11:30 a.m. at the Piasecki-Althaus Funeral Home, 3720 39th Ave., Kenosha, WI. Private interment will follow in Sunset Ridge Memorial Park.
