A lifelong resident of the area, she was born on April 20, 1925, the daughter of Barbara (Kipus) Lapcewich. She attended local schools and was a graduate of Mary D. Bradford High School.
On November 24, 1951, Mildred was united in marriage to Raymond Renick. Raymond preceded her in death on November 15, 1979.
Mildred was a member of St. Anthony’s Catholic Church, the Kenosha Senior Citizens Center and St. Mary’s Friendly Center.
She was employed by the Kenosha Sheriff’s Department and the Kenosha County Corporation Counsel Office for many years until her retirement.
She is survived by her sister, Jennie (Eugene) Ruhle, several nephews in Michigan along with a niece and nephew in Pleasant Prairie.
In addition to her parents, Mildred was preceded in death by her son, Jay on June 18, 2018.
Per Mildred’s wishes there will be no funeral service.
Private Interment will be held in All Saints Cemetery.
