What a beautiful tribute. She led an inspiring , creative life. I kept coming back to the obituary section because I wanted to know what was behind that beautiful smile.

Sending condolences to the families. May the lifetime memories ease the sorrow you feel as you celebrate a wonder life Mary led. I certainly have great memories of Mary going to the Kevek farm back in the day.

I have so many treasured memories and experiences that I would not have had if not for Mary and the Tunkieicz family. Befriending Jennie in the second grade changed my life forever. From swimming in their pool to hanging around the farm to polka music and weddings and even dressing as a clown. That doesn't even scratch the surface. Over 50 years later and Jennie and the Tunkieicz family are still family to me. None of us will ever forget her kind heart, whimsical spirit and million dollar smile. Mary, you were a trip! Much love to Jennie and John, Char and Rob and the entire family.

Mary and I were members of the Southeast Wisconsin Antique Power and Tractor Club based in Union Grove. I announced her passing at the last meeting to assure that her friends all knew.
