Met Mary at Kenosha Memorial. Transferred care of postop cardiac patients to Mary in ICU, & it was very obvious to see that her fellow team members loved & respected her. She was a person who radiated goodness, competence, compassion & professionalism. All that, plus a smile too. An exemplary credit to her being a product of a huge loving Italian/Irish family. My deepest condolences to the Aiello family at this really sad time for them. I also new Mary from working at the hospital for years and again like so many she was always so kind and helpful to us technicians. I will always remember the times at the hospital with her and so many great nurses that worked along side of her. Thankyou Mary.

Dear Aiello family, I am so so sorry for your loss. I met Mary as a new grad in the late 80's when she was my mentor on the Telemetry floor, 3 Palmer at KMH. She was so kind and compassionate and willing to share in her areas of expertise, especially cardiac care. I learned SO much from her. Her patients loved and respected her. She touched so many lives.

My deepest condolences to the Aiello family. Mary will be missed. She was my Square dancing partner in Sophomore PE and a joy to dance with. It is a sad time for her family, but she is experiencing a joyous reunion with family who have gone before. She is in good company and happy. Godspeed Mary.

Dear Aiello family how fortunate to have had Mary as a family member. Words can not express my sorrow. I was very lucky to have worked with Mary for so many years and especially created a friendship with her as she had so many friends and patients that she left a special place in their hearts. I was lucky to have her in my life even though there was a gap of years I didn’t see her but knew she would always be there if I needed her. So many great memories of her that will never be forgotten! Love you Mary. You are now on a new journey in heaven.

Dear Aiello Family. We are so sorry for the sudden loss of Mary and in general all of the recent loss the family has experienced. It's hard to grasp! My parents experienced a fair amount of surgical intervention and they preferred Kenosha Hospital. Mary ALWAYS appeared and when she arrived there was a visible sigh of relief....my parents knew they would be OK. Mary went out of her way and brought comfort to patients and families alike. It's impossible to express how sorry we are but will try to find comfort knowing she is being greeted in heaven by an army of angels she has cared for in the past. It's now time for others to care for your dear sister.....may she rest easy. Fond memories of Mary will see us through this difficult time. Tony and Chris Geliche

I came to know Mary and her family through my friend Jill Hall. What a wonderful gift to get to know such a kind and giving person. She was such a natural caretaker that you immediately felt welcomed and like you were one of the family. She was genuinely interested when she spoke with you and so quick to offer support. Her and Martha and their great friends went out of their way to come see my son in all of his high school plays and you just don’t meet many people like that these days. She was a treasure. She definitely would hate a fuss being made for her but I hope she hears every kind word because she was so loved by many.

Along with my marriage to Jill came her friendship with the Aiellos, this huge Irish/Italian family in Kenosha. Calling them a tight nit family is an understatement. One daughter, Mary, appeared to be a central, unifying member who was universally loved and whom she in turn loved and sustained her family. Over the years I spent countless hours with Mary and her family who I grew to love immensely. I will miss her forever.
