So sorry to hear of your loss. I will always remember his smiling face at Rotary. He was always so kind to me. Our thoughts and prayers are with your family.

Dear Marva and family, Our sympathies go out to you at the passing of Pastor Marvin. He was truly a "man of God," and his spiritual leadership in his congregation and community impacted many thousands of people. We are quite certain that he was met in Heaven by his Creator with a "job well done, Marvin." May you be comforted by God's loving grace as you mourn his passing and share your memories of him.

We send our sympathy to Bev and the Oechler Family. Pastor Oechler wasn't our Pastor but he treated us like we were. We have known him for many years. He was a kind and special man. He always had a nice smile when we saw him. He was interested in how we were and helpful if help was needed. We think St. Paul's Lutheran Church was lucky to have had him as their Pastor for all of those years. He was pleasant to be with, and we enjoyed talking with him.
