Born on September 5, 1927 in Wittenberg, WI, she was the daughter of the late William and Anna (Zenz) Meyer.
On April 24, 1954, at Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Catholic Church, she was married to Charles Schnuck. Sadly, after 57 years of marriage, he preceded her in death on August 25, 2011.
Marjorie was employed as a sales manager with Korf’s. Following her retirement she was employed with Gino and Connie’s Bridal Shop.
She was a member of Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church. Marjorie enjoyed crafting, china painting, sewing, knitting, quilting, baking and canning. She was always willing to help others and will be remembered for her big heart and loving and caring nature.
Marjorie is survived by her two children, Jeffery (Pat) Schnuck and Mark (Ann) Schnuck; her grandchildren, Allan (Candace) Schnuck, Michael (Audrey) Schnuck, Heather (Sed) Young, Kelly (Joe) Scruggs and Ryan (Renee) Schnuck; and her ten great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Earl and William Meyer; and a sister, Evelyn Harris.
Marjorie’s family would like to thank Reverend Thomas Smith and the Pastoral staff of Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, physicians and nursing staff at St. Catherine’s Hospital, and the staff of Parkside Manor for the care and compassion given to her.
Service Date December 1, 2017
Funeral Services honoring Marjorie’s life will be held on Friday, December 1, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, 7104 39th Avenue. Entombment will follow in All Saints Mausoleum.
