Marie was born on October 14, 1940, to Agnes (Baskiewicz) and Albert Bisiorek, in Kenosha, WI, where she spent much of her life. The first of 4 children, Marie always wanted to have a large family with whom she could spend time and make memories.
After graduating from St. Mary’s High School, she worked at Great Lakes Naval Base and shortly thereafter met the love of her life, Gerald W. (Jerry) Becker, at Earl’s Club. After a brief engagement, they married, and Marie devoted her life and love to raising their four children: Richard (Karen) Becker, Debra (David) Lukowitz, Patricia (Jeffery) Dickow, and Anna Marie (Patrick) Crerand.
Marie appreciated many fulfilling years in banking, including those at Southport Bank, Kenosha Savings and Loan, and Keystone Bank, where she enjoyed helping her customers.
Marie made lifelong friends while pursuing her hobbies and traveling over the years, including bowling, shopping, and watching football. She leaves behind friends in many places, including Janesville, WI, and Hollidaysburg, PA, where she also lived.
Marie’s family was her greatest treasure. She also loved camping, playing cards and traveling. In the weeks before her death, she relished in visits from her closest family and friends. She is reunited in Eternal Life with her parents; her sister, Anita Scalzo; her in-laws, Mathias and Gertrude Becker; great-grandchildren, Lyla and Valor Garner; sisters-in-law, Jean Bisiorek and Kathleen (Roger) McPhaul; brother-in-law, Jerome (Nora) Becker.
She is survived by her husband and children; brothers, James (Martha Peck) Bisiorek and Robert Bisiorek; grandchildren, Jennifer (Adam) Mortenson, Samantha Becker (Deyssler Downs), Vanessa (Timothy) Garner, Anthony Lukowitz, Kristin (Adam) Rogge, Megan (Ben) Anderson, Brooke, Andrew and Luke Dickow, and Charles, Genevieve and Jude Crerand; as well as her great-grandchildren, Edward Mortenson, Remi Resendez, Alessandra Downs, Camille Downs (expected in February), Hudson Garner, Liliana, Alexa and William Rogge and Finley Anderson; and her many nieces and nephews.
