I had the pleasure of meeting this angel 3 years ago at H&R Block. She was such a joy to work with. Always patient and easy to talk to. We shared many laughs together. My condolences and prayers go out to the Chatman family. She will be missed dearly!

Marie will always be remembered as the best piano player in Coleman Chapel AME church. Who always help the Men's Day programs with every song they need to learn. She was kind in many ways. Loved by many for her Mac and Cheese. She was excellent in the finances of Coleman Chapel church. Was a great trustee in Coleman Chapel knowledgeable. We all loved her dearly she will be sadly missed by me. She is going to be a big void in Coleman Chapel.

What a kind, caring, and intelligent person. I've known her for quite some time at H&R Block. She will always resonate in our hearts. She is a teacher and will always be one. She taught us to live and love. To Marie! Be and always will be a blessing to is all!

I was so sorry to hear about Marie’s passing. Your sister was one of the kindest, most special people I was lucky enough to know. I always loved seeing her at work or having her for my substitute. I hope you find comfort in knowing everyone who knew your sister were touched by her warmth. Marie will be remembered so fondly and missed terribly. Take strength from the support of family and loved ones knowing she will always live on in your memories. You and your family are in our thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
