She was born in Kimberly WI, on August 10, 1919 and was the daughter of the late William J. and Josephine Tielen. She moved to Racine, WI as a young child and graduated from Washington Park High School.
On September 23, 1944 at Holy Name Church in Racine, WI, she married Earl J. Caddock who preceded her in death on March 11, 1995.
She retired from First National Bank in Kenosha.
Lucille was an avid golfer, bowler, volunteer, gardener and enjoyed a good laugh. She valued her friendship with the members of the Kenosha Senior Center and the Red Hat Society.
She is survived by her son, Jeffrey; her grandchildren, Brad, Carl (Kristi), Christopher (Holly); her great grandchildren, Jocelyn, Talan, Landry and Carter; her daughter-in-law, Blanche Caddock; her nephew, Ron Hartnell and other relatives.
In addition to her parents, Lucille was preceded in death by her son, David; her sister, Mary; her brother, Robert and daughter-in-law, Carol.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff at Froedtert South-Kenosha Campus for the loving and compassionate care given to Lucille.

SERVICE LOCATION St. Mark the Evangelist Catholic Church
Funeral services honoring Lucille’s life will be held on Wednesday, December 1, 2021.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. at St. Mark Catholic Church 1300 73rd Street, Kenosha, WI.
Interment will follow in Green Ridge Cemetery.
A private visitation for Lucille will be held for family only.
