Dear friends and family of Lee, We worked together at the then West Branch of Kenosha Public Library. I may have had a degree but Lee was our resident Reader's Advisor. She kept meticulous notes on what our regular patrons liked to read and then when something new came in, she'd call them. One of my relatives who had depended heavily on her doting husband until his sudden expected death, came to trust and turn to Lee for all her reading needs. Sadly, when all of us on the staff were struggling to learn the new computer system and such individualized attention was curtailed, my aunt was lost and took her own life blaming the library. We were heartbroken, Lee especially. My thoughts are with you all as you celebrate that gentle kind woman. I last saw her several years ago when I went to play the parachute game in a nursing where I was for rehab. I was delighted to see her shy smiling face and she was a fierce competitor in our game of "keep away". SO GLAD TO HAVE LEARNED FROM YOU LEE! R.I.P.
