Leola Wilson, age 79, passed away on Saturday, February 24, 2024 at Oak Ridge Care Center in Union Grove, WI.
Born in Eutaw, Alabama on December 7, 1944 to the late Eddie Austin and Susie Phillips.
She was employed by the Waukegan School District #60 from 1993 to 2014 as a substitute elementary school teacher and a computer assistant.
Leola was a member of Waukegan Church of Christ in Waukegan, IL.
She enjoyed swimming and knitting.
Leola is survived by her daughter, Leontyne Bruella Morrell-Wilson, and her ten siblings.
She was preceded in death by her three brothers and one sister.

Memorial services honoring Leola will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 11, 2024 at Waukegan Church of Christ, 909 Golf Road, Waukegan, IL 60087.
