Kathryne M. Rolbiecki, age 78, of Kenosha, passed away on Wednesday, April 13, 2016 at Aurora Medical Center.
A lifelong resident of Kenosha, she was born on April 20, 1937 and was the daughter of the late Edward and Nellie (Soceka) Kocol. Kathryne attended St. Casimir Grade School and graduated from St. Mary Catholic High School.
On January 7, 1956, she married Robert J. Rolbiecki. They were blessed with four children and over 50 years of marriage. Sadly, Robert passed away in 2008.
She was an administrative assistant at St. Catherine’s Hospital for 35 years. For a short time, Kathryne had her own part time business, Catering by Kathryne.
A member of St Casimir Catholic Church, Kathryne enjoyed gardening, golfing, cooking and dancing.
Left to cherish her memory are her children, Rene (Tim) Johnson, Christopher Rolbiecki and Angela (Robert) Hallisy, Jr. and four grandchildren, Matthew (Janelle) Johnson, Michelle (Ken) Krahn, Madeline and Robert John Hallisy.
Along with her husband, Robert, Kathryne was preceded in death by a son, Patrick.
Service Date April 18, 2016
Funeral services will be held on Monday, April 18, 2016. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church, 7300 39th Ave. Relatives and friends are asked to meet at the church for the Mass. Interment will follow in All Saints Cemetery.
