Born in Richland, WA on October 26, 1950, she was the daughter of Robert and Ruth (Wolfskill) Willing. Ruth passed away at a young age, and Kathryn Willing helped raise Judy and her siblings. Judith completed two years toward her CA certification in Nursing from Jesuit College in San Francisco, CA. Education was very important to her, and she encouraged all of her children to excel in school and complete their college degree.
On November 4, 1972, she was united in marriage to Thomas King in Anaheim, CA. Their union was blessed with 49 years of marriage and four children. They raised their family in Racine County.
Judith was a stay-at-home mom from 1975 until 1986, she then worked part-time for Goebel’s Flowers in Mt. Pleasant, WI until 1988. From 1988 until 2008 she was employed as a Reflexologist/X-Ray Technician for Healthwise Chiropractic. She became a full-time Grandma in 2009.
She enjoyed bowling, playing cards, cooking and collecting coins and Precious Memories figurines. She is still the best cook out of her family, and her Thanksgiving meals are legendary.
Left to cherish her memory are her husband, Thomas; her children, Jason King, (Tom’s son), Christine King, John (Heloisa) King and Catherine (Joseph) Anderson; her grandchildren, Samuel (Christine) Rice, Isabella (John) King, Gabryella (Catherine) Anderson, Ana Luisa (John) King, Abygail (Catherine) Anderson and Joshua (John) King; her siblings, Helen (Ken) Stanko, John (Susan) Willing and Barbara Willing.
In addition to her parents, Judith was preceded in death by her son, John King; her father, Robert Willing, her mother, Ruth Willing, her stepmother, Kathryn Willing and her aunt and uncle, Margaret (Norman) Mahuka.
